Kerala Kappa Meen Cutlet, Kerala Kappa Meen Curry.

Meen Kappa cutlet,  This is a special recipe prepared when the  fish and tapioca are readily and abundantly available in cheap.  This is very  spicy and delicious to taste.

Fish 500gm
Tapioca (Kappa) 1 kg
Onion 100 gm
Ginger small piece
Green chillies 5
Oil  2 spoons
Chilly powder, coriander powder 1 spoon each
Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves
Oil and salt

Cook the fish with some salt and  mash it by removing the bones. Cook tapioca  in another pot with salt,  remove the  strands and mix  thoroughly with some oil or dalda . Add onion, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, coriander powder and then the fish.. Make big balls of tapioca and fill it inside with fish fillings. Then deep fry it in oil. Meen kappa cutlet is ready.
